Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court in Orange County, Florida. If this arbitration provision is held unenforceable, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, if that is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
